MARK SERIES The Universal Mark Series, completely redesigned in 2004, features 304 Stainless Steel Machine frame, 6.5" TFT "Universal Touch Command" operator control, with 50 product memory system stored by 20 character description for quick changeovers. Packages range from 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" up to 8" x 12" or available in optional dual tube for producing two packages per machine cycle up to 4" wide for greater production rates up to 180 packages per minute.

SERIES 1500e The Series 1500e is our most versatile model offering a wide range of package size and style configurations. Includes pillow pouch, flat bottom package, 3 and 4 side package styles for fill sizes from ounces to 5 pounds. Packages range from 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" up to 10" x 15" in a single package draw, or enabling the multi index package lengths up to 30" in length are possible. Digital Servo Film index for high speed cycle rates up to 95 packages per minute, 50 product memory locations with storage by 20 character name or 2 digit code complete with copy and paste function for quick changeovers. Stainless steel machine construction with anodized aluminum accessory components for sanitary operation and ease of cleaning.

SERIES 1500ex The Series 1500ex is a larger version of the Series 1500e with the additional features as standard of Vacuum assist film index, power film unwind, package capability up to 12" wide by 20" long in a single cycle, and the ability to package up to 10 pounds of product. Optional flat bottom package capability allowing packages to be produced up to 6-1/2" face with by 4-1/2" depth by 16" finished height.

SERIES 2000 The Series 2000 machines are our most sophisticated with higher speed production rates up to 120 bags per minute on single tube. The Series 2000 is an all servo controlled machine that includes automatic film tracking and vacuum assist film index.
MARK SERIES CDR The Mark Series CDR provides a system for producing 3 & 4 side seal packages in single or multi-lane configurations. Mark Series CDR utilizes digitally controlled Pinch Roll film index, two webs of packaging materials in 4 side seal, and available with single panel or front and back registration on packages. Mark Series CDR is available to produce up to a 9" x 15" four side seal pouch in single lane, or up to 4 lanes of 4-1/2" wide pouches. Mark Series CDR is capable of cycling up to 75 cycles per minute or a maximum production rate of 300 packages per minute, application dependent.
