Auger Filler - Meters powders, granules, etc., accurately in a bottom up fill configuration. This provides a precise and efficient method of producing clean and attractive packages.

Volumetric Filler - For free flowing products that are dispensed via adjustable rotary volume cups sequenced by the Series 2000šs PLC, providing low cost high production output.

Piston Filler - Accurate liquid fill volumes are dispensed into the package and controlled throught the PLC of the Series 2000 via the Universal Touch Command System.

Scale Weight Systems - An assortment of scale configurations are available to work in conjunction with the Series 2000 line of packaging machines. When exact weight measurement of package contents is required, scale weigh systems provide accuracies of on weight to plus 1 piece weight average.

The New 2400
From the Series 2000 line of machines comes our new 2400 Four Side, Seal, Sachet Packaging Machine, incorporating all new D/C Digital Servo Controls for precise control of film advance and seal drive components. The 2400 will provide consistent production capabilities of up to 120 packages per minute in a single tube application, dependent upon film type and fill system. Coupled with the capability to run multiple packages, production volumes could easily achieve several hundred packages per minute. This unit can be configured with a digitally controlled rotary liquid fill pump system. Machine and fill pump functions are both processed through the 2400's PLC, providing fill volumes, sealing temperature, production rates and timing adjustments from one user friendly Touch Control Screen.
